Pray
Rejoice always,
pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
But I say to you
who hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.
And when they had prayed,
the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness
Watch and pray
that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
If my people
who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
